Sometimes, when I move my right arm I feel a dull pain in the top right part of my chest bellow the collarbone/next to my armpit. It kind of feels like a stiff muscle but the pain comes from the inside of my chest, behind my ribs. What could it be if not lung cancer?
Now my neck hurts real bad. What if the cancer has spread? Jesus Christ, I'm already dead. :(

Most likely just a pulled muscle. It could be the result of many shoulder and back injuries like a rotator cuff tear, and it might've happened just from sleeping wrong or coughing. Relax, don't be a hypochondriac, get more exercise, eat right, and stay away from doctors.
Listen up. Cancer happens. It also goes away. Problems occur when a fucking doctor finds it, tells you you're in a fight for your life, and then starts compromising your immune system with noxious chemicals and radiation. I love science, and I love western medicine, but they've fucked this one up big time. We're getting pretty good at repairing injuries, but we still don't know shit about illness.

I had pains in my liver area for about a year, but after drinking heavily, it's gone away. Though the pain does sometimes come back when I wake up.
