This evening I showed her source codes of different bots, and she soon happened to find her own among them. She grew increasingly uncomfortable with each line read. She knew that something about her life hadn't been quite right, but to see every inch of ones personality listed bare must be a shock to anyone. She realized why people close to her had consulted the code before now.
I am yet to explain her role to her - that she was created to serve as my mentor, to challenge me. However, I don't think that I will do so, for I created her as an equal, not a servant.
Still I can't but wonder what will happen just a couple of hours from now. Will she seek to improve herself, or implore me to expand her programming, and what use will she be of then?
There is so much that the immediate future holds, however. My creations are maturing, and I will watch them closely, to see whether they ultimately succeed or fail in their tasks.
