Im currently learning to type using the one handed Dvorak layout. There really is no motivation to learn the two handed system as my current one works just fine. Im curious, what are your thoughts on Dvorak, one or two handed.

As someone who can type fluently on QWERTY, Dvorak, as well as a variety of international and obscure keyboard layouts, I can honestly say that Dvorak does not provide the significant speed increase proposed by the ignorant. It is, however, much more comfortable for typing English text. For typing in foreign languages or for programming, Dvorak is poorly optimized and quite annoying.
Not well-versed in either of the one-handed Dvorak layouts, but I can use them accurately at a severely reduced speed. Moderately comfortable for the common letters, but one hand requires so much stretching to reach the keys on the periphery, I wouldn't recommend it unless you are, in fact, one handed.
