Dozy bitch, excuse my ignorance but what is an "dozy bitch"?

I know a girl who was listening to that Killers song "Somebody Told Me" and the line "Never thought I'd let a rumour ruin the moonlight" got parsed by her as "Never thought I'd let a rumeroo in the moonlight" as though it was some kind of animal. That's pretty dozy.
All the other stories about other girls are filled with hate, vitriol and bile, so I can't bring myself to type them right now
