Obnoxiously American goods

My friend is studying abroad, and she sent me a small package of the local junk - candy, toys, brochures.  What are some obnoxiously American things I could send back to her?  After Easter I'm sure they'll start selling 4th of July stuff.

I think I will send some American singles, a Chicago area train schedule, and a little American flag if I can find one at the supermarket in April.  What sort of shippable food could I send? 

Do you think something like Gummy Worms are stupidly American?  Or is there another childhood candy you can think of?
