I failed the test
but im better than the rest

Don't worry I failed a lot of tests in school but look were I am today!

Before fire departments became a government service the private fire departments would come to all fires, even ones that weren't houses of paying customers, and bargain with the victim to put the fire out.

A lot of them were even accused of starting fires to get people to subscribe.
