Human Sacrifices

Hey everybody! I was wondering, hypothetically if you were some archaic elder god that demanded human sacrifice which type of meatsack would you prefer White, Black, Christian, Jew, Virgin, Male, Female, Young, Old, etc?

I'd rather have Christian sacrifices myself, Christian or Catholic its all the same crap.

I don't think I'd like a virgin sacrifice, I want my sacrifices to know what the hell they're doing.
