Scabs on my head

I have dandruff problems that arised when some dirty Mexican bitch gave me lice in 3rd grade. Anyway, ever since then I've had scabs show up on my fingers everytime I scratched my scalp..sometimes there's actual blood too. Wtf is that? It feels great when I itch it but later burns like hell in the shower.

Go see a dermatologist, fail scalp.
