I do play games now and then (when I am drunk; pretty often these days).
When I was younger games would be a decent distraction, but these days when I try to play a game the first thing that happens is I cannot concentrate on it. This leads to frustration and then anger. Usually if I don't turn it off soon there will be trouble.
I have not watched TV in years because the last time I saw a Mcdonalds commercial I went into a fit of rage and broke everything in sight. Not much left to do but read and listen to music. Everything else pisses me off.
