Tried to cancel my Earthlink DSL order and it took weeks. Several people outright LIED to me and said it was cancelled when it wasn't. The last person who helped me looked at the notes left by previous agents and one of them said "customer wants to cancel" and that was it. Didn't cancel anything and charged me another month of service. I'm pretty sure they spoke english because I ask to cancel and they ask why. I say I don't want it and they keep offering different price points and seem to just ignore me when I say No. This was the most frustrating time I ever had on the phone. I hope Earthlink burns to the fucking ground.
