I need some advise

Hi anon.

I'm 19 years old and only have a High School Diploma. I want to go to college but my grades were average and I faulted with applying for grants/scholarships. I don't want to be living with my parents anymore. But times are tough and finding good paying jobs are getting harder and harder to find. What should I do to get out of this mess? There's the army but fuck, its a meaningless war going on and I don't want to be shipped off to some middle-eastern country for nothing. I really don't know where to look. I don't want to be some failure at 23/24 not in college in some fast food place. I have interest in law enforcement but you have to be 21 to be a policeman.

TL;DR Tell me some good jobs a high school grad could get or some way for me to get me in a higher education class.

Jeepers, maybe you could get into welding or woodworking.  I wouldn't mind doing those myself.  Or volunteer at museums, science centers, cactus shelters, or what have you.
