I find that my birthday is the only day I get the attention that I need ;_;

I don't look forward to Birthdays. My birthday is one of the toughest days of the year for me. Mostly because it reminds me that I am a year older.
Another reason for my unhappiness is that my birthday is near the holiday season. It's sometimes a difficult pill to take when you see your relatives with significant others or married and you are a damn virgin. I often get more depressed on my birthday than other days.. being a lonely twenty-five-year-old becomes harder and more difficult to deal with.

After my 21st birthday two years ago (which was sabotaged my mom and her church friends and totally ruined by my brother), I thought birthdays would only get worse or less noteworthy. They actually got better! Shocked
My 22nd birthday, my friends cooked me up a big feast in my honor!
I wonder what'll be in store for my 23rd in two weeks?!

I'm having my 25th b-day in about a month. Nothing special place but I got to knock on some doors about my vacation days soon if I want my b-day off. So in about a month expect me to come in here with a quarter-life crisis and crying about buying my own b-day cake ;_;
Pedophiles have it made: Just bulk up and get a fit body, and the lolis are happy.

For the past five years all my birthdays have pretty much sucked. The only thing I have to look forward to is a cake to share amongst my mother and sister and a momentary feeling that maybe this year might be different only for it to turn out that nothing has changed. But alas this is the price of solitude when you realize that you have no friends and you spend your nights online visiting 4chan text forums whilst blasting the ol' Industrial Metal through your headphones.
