I have a broken back and no insurance.

Recently, I Broke my back in two places... I fractured my l2 and l4. I'm in pretty chronic pain. Now is the time that I need to see a doctor and work on making it better but the problem is that I just graduated. That means I'm uninsured. I'm trying to find a job (hopefully with benefits) Until then, I don't know what to do.

When I broke my back, I was able to see a doctor to get Xrays... of course i paid out of pocket. I was told I would need some sort of physical therapy.

I live in IL (southern IL, to be precise) Are there any programs the government offers that I can look into?
Any other advice?

My prorities are; First and foremost I want to get some relief from the awful pain. Second, get into physical therapy.
