Your question does not making sense. I look out teh window and the sky is white and gray, so your inital assumption of the ssky being a light blue colors is wrong. As such, your qestion is invalid so I will answer a nother questionn that i thnk you meant to ask instead.
That qestion is "What color si the sky?"
Teh colour of the sky is depending on many factors. The sky changes colorings throught the day, an d can be red or blue or orane or white or gray or black. It can also be strange colors like yelow or green or brown depending on what sort of aprticulates are suspended in the atmosphere where you are.
If you are in a forest, the sky might look brown or gren or other colors but that is probbaly because you are looking at trees instead of the sky. Trees are usually brown or green for completely different reasons than suspended particlates in the atnosphere.
