Idiots on ebay

Why do idiots bid on items when it's still 3 days to go until the end of the auction, when they know that somebody else will bid higher and jack up the price?

Surely not all of these sellers have multiple accounts and are bidding on their own items..

I've never bid on an item when there's more than 20 seconds left to go.

I hate it when dicks put it on reserve, and I get high bid but the "reserve not met" message comes up.

I hate it when I bid on something, but some jerk bids even higher like a fuckin maniac.  I hope you choke on it
