Nobody else will mention it. We can all talk about a conspiracy by white people to create bad weather and break the levees. White people don’t care about blacks. White people are purposely killing blacks. That’s what we heard last time.
But would blacks even know about the hurricane without whites? Did they create any technology allowing them an early warning? Did they invent cars that allow people to evacuate? Did they create levees? Did they create anything to help them survive this?
No!
If it weren’t for whitey, they’d only find out about hurricanes after it had hit them. By then it would be too late. Even in Katrina, at least 10 times, maybe even 100 times as many people would get killed had whites not created levees, highways, cars, early warning systems, satellites.
But did the whitey get a thank you? Did anyone say, ‘hey, thanks for all the cars, levees and warnings during Katrina, and thanks even more for being so efficient during Gustav.”
No. Just hatred against whites. Just conspiracy theories.
And if some black guy will discover this post, his response will surely be, “Thank you? Why? You owe us to do this. We deserve it. You whitey must do it. How dare you even suggest that we thank you for doing it. You owe it to us. And besides, legacy of slavery, Jim Crow, blah, blah, blah.”
As we all know, it is “white supremacism” to acknowledge that whites did anything positive. It is, on the other hand, “civil rights activism” to make up wild conspiracy theories about whites. Strange times we are living in…
