I was in work today (bookstore) covering sum1 else's shift. pretty girl comes in, I duno her name but she works in a nearby store on saturday's wouldnt say i had a crush on her but I do like her. anyway she was buying some kids books- so I was fine making small talk. "you sure these are not for you" etc. she says she's training to be a teacher etc I dont press further even tho I wanted to. so anyway there was a certain offer on the books which failed to trigger going through the register. pricing mix up caused it not to trigger. no problem ive done this manually a thousand times before. somehow i managed to completely lose all concentration & mess it up but i didnt realise it & I overcharged her by £2. I didnt realise until she walked off. im like wtf? ive never done that before- its like my brain switched off.
so u guys done anything like that?
