Seriously guys, you have a choice:
You can either go with turning people into sluts going by their basic instincts,
or you can turn them into responsible people who can choose wisely instead of going by muscle size.

and women ruin their lives with premature babies that they will be unable to raise, becoming single moms nobody wants.

Some people honestly wish for mutual loving relationships with todays minors, capable of imprinting and preserving a sense of dignity in her. Other people fail in doing this, get suckered into believing this. Other people still are just after a tight hole and a girl (of ANY age) uncapable to saying no.
If you lower the age of consent, more people will get hurt by the latter, than helped by the former. Society as a whole would degenerate back into "female mates with the male winner because he brought a gun to a knife fight".

My solution?

I think sex should require some kind of commitment, like a marriage, but without all the disgusting christianity bullshit. (I think it's called "state marriage" - I'm not sure - but something you can't as easily divorce from.)
You could marry a 13yo, if you promised to care for her as an equal,
or you can wait until you're fucking 25 to date without this requirement.
