Hey 4chan, what's with all this "Save as 4chan.hta shit bricks" appearing over images? Around 1/3rd of /b/ image now have this annoying shit overlayed. What's going on?

Step 1: Google .hta
Step 2: Look up exploits on .hta
Step 3: Edit offending image
Step 4: ???
Step 5: PROFIT

As the set "computer illiterates" is a subset of "newfags", this exploit = fail. Also, it assumes that the intersection of "computer illiterates" and "oldfags" is the empty set. This logic is also full of fail.

Still, the author of the attack script embedded in this "save as ..." images deserves a tip of the hat.

2) Go to processes
3) Find & kill mshta.exe

well how do you get it to stop showing up on every other image, though...like if you dont save any of the pics but you want to be able to SEE the pics without that stupid script on them
