When your co-workers start to act like asses

What should you do?

I dunno why...but these people I work with act like pompous asshats....they don't respect my opinion or what I think...

I dunno wat to do...I don't want to confront them and cause a scene....but it's getting unbearable to let them shit on me day after day....

try something like this-

"the question you should ask yourself is this;  why does making me feel bad about myself make you feel better?"

but ya gotta say it unemotionally,  with great confidence.  and don't stand there like an idiot, give it a few seconds,  then turn and leave.  you want it to be obvious you don't really give a fuk  about the answer, because you already know it,  then they're left with only their own ugly staring bak at them.

find your center, man.  the first display of arrogance betrays the certainty of a profound ignorance.  and who cares what an ignorant ass thinks?  not you....
