Face facts, shitfags. The moon belongs to whomever has the launch capability to send sufficient people and matériel there to exploit it. America doesn't have that. No one does. So the first one to do it will own the moon. If you don't like that, then how do you propose to stop them? They can launch more stuff farther than you.
