Schmoke and a Pancake?

As I was on my way to work this morning, I was listening to ESPN radio (as I'm apt to do) when I hear one of the guys say to the other, "You should take a break and have a sandwich...or maybe a schmoke and a pancake."  It made me think of our friends in Amsterdam (motherh) and I was laughing so hard, I almost had to pull over!  Hope you all have a great day!
