I have this problem.  I like this girl whom I've known for over 2 years.  She's hot, likes video games, and has no real psychological issues.  She doesn't seem to be self conscious about anything, which is good, because I hate girls that keep thinking they have stuff wrong with them. 

The problem is she's friends with batshit crazy lesbians and bi's, and I fear that they have been tainting her.  It doesn't help that one of her best friends dumped me for a girl and spread lies about me.

BTW, we do hang out every now and then, so it's not like we're strangers or that I'm some secret admirer.  We've gone swimming and done some nonsexual fooling around: biting, head in lap, ending up tangled together after falling off a bed.  I've been slapped quite a number of times, yet we keep on hanging out, so I'm pretty confident she feels something for me, otherwise she wouldn't invited herself over to my house.

Any tips on how I can take it to the next level without jail or death being the end result.  I'm 19, she's 17.

Ah, just do what I did, wait till her 18th birthday to move it to the next level. And if you already know how to do that great. If not, just keep this method in mind. Listen intently to what she says. What she says is all about who she is, this is like a CIA agent's wet dream to gain so much valuable intel. Secondly, respect all the way. Treat her how you would want to be treated, in a great and fantastic way like she means something to you. Whether it's true or not doesn't matter, the feelings are the result of your actions and hers will be that way too! Feelings don't come first, the come as a result.
