2nd stop paying your bills.
3rd stop seeing your friends.
4th stop talking to people and actively promote segregative activities.
5th ignore yourself by paying attention to what you are not doing by isolating yourself from other people (obscuring self), and use distractions of inactivity to ignore your activities.
6th stop taking showers.
7th eat once a day.
8th sleep whenever you want.
9th let your emotions take control over you.
10th use other people's good will as currency within reciprocation.
11th do onto others as they do onto you.
12th do as other people say and think as other people think
13th reach new pinnacles of human evolutionary regression.

2nd Taken on responsibilities that pertain to your potential usages thereof.
3rd Clean yourself once daily (twice preferred)
4th Eat 3+ meals a day (no meals before bedtime)
5th Excercise daily
6th Sleep regular schedule (same hours, same duration)
7th Communicate and cooperate with people.
8th Take note of your activities and their potentials and plan a lifestyle that you want.
9th Time Management (measure movements), Money Management (measure transference)
10th Use your emotional states as observable reactions for self-awareness of ongoings.
11th Put your life under the microscope and plot out the details
12th Define yourself amongst other people as an individual and one who does in fact exist and therefore is real.
13th Read books
14th Listen to what people have to say and what your inner self has to say
15th Be patient with other people and yourself
16th Do onto others as you would have them do onto you.
