How do you start talking to random girls?

Dear wise men of /lounge/, please help a fellow anon.

Observational conversation is a good starter then just work off that.  Observe the environment you are in and ask her questions related to it.  For example, if you are in a college town ask if she goes to school, what year, her major. 

Its simple.
