I have just recently entered a relationship with someone I care very deeply about. This relationship has begun to get somewhat physical.

I know the best medicine in a relationship is communication, but there's one something I simply don't know how to talk to her about.

How do I talk to my significant other about the very serious condition often known as "blue balls"?
