ok, so im on my bike, which has a flat tire, and i dismount to try and find out why it is, when the cops pull me over, they search me just czu i didnt have a helmt on or my shirt and my bag. they go through my bag and find nothing and then search me! can the fcuking actually do that?! its so gay

You're supposed to have a helmet. It's not that hard to wear one when you ride. Also, go see your lawyer. We, of /lounge/ are not your personal legal representation.
As my master has said, you enjoyed the homosexuality. Secondly, it is your fault for riding a mother fucking bike with a flat tire. Also, dumbasses don't count as United States citizens, so you are not protected under the constitution.
