Being Banned.. from 4chan or from world?

If you break the rules of 4chan, you'll be suspended.

If you break the law, you'll be suspended from the world (i.e. put in jail)

If you repeatedly break the rules of 4chan or do something real bad, you get banned from 4chan.

What's the real-life equivalent of being banned? (Real-life equivalent of being suspended = Jail.)
