Whats wrong with my cat?

I have a cat, named Neko, recently hes contracted some kind of infection on his left shoulder thats spreading up towards his head,neck and spine.

It starts wih a little swelling and hairloss around the wound, but this is pobably from him licking away the fur, a small hole will develop and ooze a milky substance with white chucky bits floating in it.

I don't have the money to take him to the vet and I've been treating him myself with Hydrogen peroxied to some effect but when one wound heals another forms and I've noted that when Hydrogen Peroxied is applyed to one it'll foam up at all of them suggesting all the wounds are connected like a network of tunnels or something. Its like my cat is being eaten alive from the inside out.

He seems to be doing ok otherwise, hes eating, walking around ok and just behaving normally for him. Except hes being turned into friggen swiss cheese! I don't know what to do.

Go visit your vet.

you're in the totally wrong place for this situation.

VET!

I've seen staph infections ravage a pet, but with different surface effects.  However, given the progression you're seeing and you're inability to seek real medical assistance, your pet is probably dead anyway.  Just shoot it.  Or cook up a fatal sedative shot and put it to sleep.

Jeepers, you bought a cat and have no golly money for a vet? Just fuck the cat and kill it already, jeepers, golly.

So I took him in, fed him, cleaned him up and he grew up real fast. He was always healthy as far as i could tell, never had a real problem with fleas after I cleaned him up, never had worms or anything.

Untill this, and no hes NOT dead yet, in fact hes behaving perfectly normal considering. As I said hes eating healthy, hes up and about, He is not limping so I guess he is not in any pain.

But this is freaking me out!

And when I say there is no money I mean it, I only have about $1700 in checking and $5000 in savings and I'm in the middle of a legal dispute thats totally unrelated and all of my money has to go for bills and a lawyer.

The reason I made this topic is I have no idea what this is and thought maybe one of you morons might and could recommend some over the counter drug or something I could get at the petstore, the only thing i could find though were worm pills.
