Make steps guys. Oh, and the rules are ... I guess you have his address. And you can bring shit that you might normally bring with you on a trip to Istanbul. But they have to be realistic, probable steps.

17.If one cannot be borrowed, bum some change from a few people until there is enough to operate a pay phone
18.If no pay phone, phone book, residential section, best friend's last name, or best friend's first name is not found ???
