You can't stop change

Unless Moot starts banhammering every single person who acts different from the rest, new people will always come here and eventually the place will change. You may complain about newfags all you want, but I tell y'all, you will change eventually as new people pour in.

Really though, when you're new at someplace like /b/ you should lurk for at least a few months before you start posting shit. It's a pretty good rule of thumb for most sites and communities online... you lurk for a shit-long time and then start posting after you have a better feel for the site.
