Tighten the skin

Ok, im thin, always have been, however the skin on my cheeks/jawline is a bit loose and flabby for some reason. Is there a way to tighten the skin on your face? perhaps by stretching your mouth and so on? I hate looking lamer than most because the bone structure of my face isnt clearly defined even though i am very thin. Any help?
