The Russian letter Б

The Russian letter Б is for the B sound, as in beaver.  It’s shape is rather like a b with a bent-over top.  The lowercase form б is more curvy and even suggestive of the lowercase Greek letter delta δ, and may resemble that letter in writing.  Delta is for the D sound though, so that’s some fucked up dyslexic thing going on there.  (Can you tell d and b apart?)  And now, sing these lyrics by Primus.

Wynona's got herself a бig бrown бeaver
And she shows it off to all her friends.
One day, you know, that бeaver tried to leave her,
So she caged him up with cyclone fence.
