I'm 14 and i have a problem with cutting. All the people around me in this bording school i go to have such perfect lives and i dont, so i feel lik an outcast. Because i board, theres lots of foreign girls. theres this one Kazak girl, who lives in Kazakstan (duh) and her parents moved to england for the first half term of school, now they've gone back toKazakstan, she wont stop crying about it, i understand how she feels, but its worse for me, my dad lives 20 minutes away, makes me board, and didnt even pick me up for my birthday. And there are so many other things, like my best mate just got expelled last year, and the teachers hate me and think im really weird, and my dad doesnt care or try to understand me at all.
I also have this really big issue with cutting. I cant stop, its like its addictive. I started 2 years ago and now every so often i just have to, and its really hard to hide my scars from everyone, because it means i walk around with a jumper on in the summer, or gloves, and the teachers get suspicious and ask questions. They already found out about me doing it because one of my 'friends' told them.
I need help, can someone please help me or give me some advice to help me stop.
