Going out with a girl...

Hey all,

I would like to know how i could really improve my confidence when going out with a girl, i think im kinda that shy guy, but i know girls don't like shy guys and like those guys who talk,smile and have that sense of humour around. I would like to know how i seriously can improve on this, i mean on MSN i feel all confident and all as you don't really see them in the eye and actually can physically see them..
