My brother is a lazy bum. HELP ME!!

So my brother is a lazy bum. We are the same age but all he does is bum money off me, steals my food, makes me drive him around and he refuses to do any work at all. My parents refuse to kick him out of the house. I don't know how to get it through his head that he needs to start doing stuff on his own and to stop relying on others.

This is a picture of me and him together. This is what he does all day long, just sits there leaching off me. Not cool. What should I do?
