I just want to be happy

I have a sort of problem.. every board I watch tends to degenerate into shit after mere weeks after I've started visiting. I really hate this and I've almost felt like quitting the internet because of this. This is starting to give me suicidal thoughts, nevertheless I could never stop. So help me
