"Shocks" of despair?

Most of the time I feel fine, but every so often I just feel a wave of utter despair that lasts from 20 seconds to a couple minutes. After that, I'm fine again. This sounds like a neurological issues, does it not? Does anyone know what I'm talking about? It's really been troubling me recently.

I'm afraid I can't help you, I'm far too much of a fag.  If anyone on here isn't a huge fag, maybe they can help you.  If no one helps you, I would presume, if I were you, that everyone who didn't help you but could have was too busy thinking of potential cocks they would like to suck.

Greetings team I changed my mind and I decided we are moving to 4chan.org in the text boards Lounge after all!
