its a well known fact that they are the dirtiest fucks on the planet. you are always hearing about their restuarants getting shut down because they didnt meet Hygienic standards.

A health rating means that some of the cooks or other staff have AIDS and will probably cut themselves and bleed onto your food / have intercourse with your meal to make the special sauce so, yeah, I probably wouldn't go to an A health one either

It is a pricing issue. Chinese restaurants serve low-income customers who can't afford Japanese stuffs or even Thai food, so the demand is always there from low-income earners.
