I need to do laundry

I have a ton of laundry to do but my roommates laundry is sitting in the machine.  Should I do it for him?  What do you guys think?

yeah i just started living with him and he is a pig.  He sits in one specific area in the living room and dirties it up to hell.  He has dirty dishes laying around and old fast food bags.  I found a condom wrapper behind one of the couches the other day. 

He is kind arrogant also since he is in grad school.
