I've increased the time-between-posting limits. You now need to wait 30 seconds to post a reply, 45 seconds to post a reply with an image, and 600 seconds (10 minutes) to create a new thread.
Why these changes? Think about it--providing you aren't a fucking moron, you might just figure it out.
/b/ moves way too fast these days (over 110,000 posts per day), which is a very *mixed* blessing. Sure there is a bunch of "fresh" content, but what good is fresh when it's all crap? People spam threads to force memes, flood, combo, etc. Hopefully this will help cut down on that and encourage users to actually think to themselves "IS MY THREAD/REPLY SHIT?" before posting. The image reply interval doesn't need to be low. Quite frankly, dump threads on /b/ are fucking stupid. Use the other 30+ imageboards we have to do so (providing they're on topic).
I'll tweak the limits if need be, but honestly I only see them going up at this point, not down.
tl;dr: Stop sucking so much. Pay attention to what you're posting or you're going to hit insane timeouts and/or be banned.
