Limewire downloads are done as such a large scale it would be impossible for the Feds to come get you.... But if you download Child Porn off limewire, you will probably get caught.
There's just not enough paper to prosecute EVERY person who illegally downloads music.

Depends on what the company who made the Software's rules are. If it's copyrighted by the company that made it, then it probably shouldn't be on limewire or any downloading program.
