When would I be considered 'average'?

tl;dr: Must I weigh 154 or 176 lb to be considered normal(weight)?

Currently I'm nearing 18 and weigh about 198 lbs, 5'8".

I weighed 231 lbs last year, therefore it took me 1 year to lose all that shit. Pathetic, I know.

Part of the reason I weighed that much was because I stayed at home for a whole year, never going out and just sleeping and eating, playing games, 4chan, etc. It's really fucked up my social skills and pretty much fucked me over.

I've been drinking lots of ice tea and eating eclipse mints and vegetable soups pretty often and I think it's effective - I don't know what it'll do to my health, but whatever.

For those wanting to be healthy, do the following...

1:  Balance your diet.  Sweets won't hurt in moderation, much like how you can drink a couple cups of beer, but not a couple kegs.  If you eat and choose to eat less fats, be sure to balance out the nutrients you lose from not eating fats.  Fats have some necessary nutrients and by cutting everything out that fats offer, you are cutting out alot of necesary nutrients.  That is how someone who is of seamingly healthy form will collapse and die for "no reason".  They have a nutrient defitioncy.  Same with just about everything.  If you don't balance out your diet, you are bound to die alot younger than you should by either excess or lack of ingested matter.

2: Balance your Fluids.  Someone said that it is healthier to drink eight glasses of water a day than anything else.  Now, if you are average and regular, then this is true.  However, noone is average AND regular.  If your the type that is likely to urinate alot and/or dehydrate easy, you'll need more than eight glasses to balance out the total amount of fluids circulating through your body.  However, if you retain water easily, then the result is that you'll need to drink less.  If someone is in a condition where they hold alot of water in their system, then eight glasses of water a day is way too much.  And if you injest too much water, it can intoxicate you.  If you don't believe it, then read the reports of College deaths from water hasings.  Same can be said of other liquids.  Drink in moderation, even if it is a fruit juice or tea.  Hell, too much orange juice can cause damage due to it's citric acid.  I know first hand, since I once drank so much or and lemonaide that my throat began to burn.

3: Activity.  If your not using alot of energy, then you don't need to eat and drink alot.  However, if you are active, then you'll need the energy.  The point is, if you spent all day workeing very hard, then you deserve a large dinner.  If you only sit around watching the television, then a simple ham and cheese sandwich or small bowl of salad is all you need.  Don't ingest more than you need.

4:  Final, body type.  Know your body well so you can manage the other three efficently.  If you sit on your bum, eat alot, drink alot, and gain no weight, then you have a high metabolism.  Those with high metabolisms need to injest more to stay healthy, otherwise they'd burn themselves out.  Those with low metabolisms may easily put on weight even after some heavy lifting and eating a smaller than necesary meal.  Metabolism is but one of many factors.  Know your body before you plan out a health plan otherwise you'd be putting yourself on a deathbed.  Like the saying goes, you make your bed, you lie in it.

I weight 55 Kg and I'm 166 cm tall I guess I'm ok.. I've never gone on a diet nor physical(sp?) training, just watching anime 4chan, etc
