Good day,
Well I don't know anyone on this site and I highly doubt that anyone here knows me. As the title shows, I started smoking again after a 2 year quit. Pretty ashamed of myself to be honest, I stopped smoking 2 years ago, wasn't hard at all. Went from 40 a day min to nothing. I didn't have any real problems either, I mean I got sick whenever someone smoked near me for the first month, but after the first month, I was fine. I never had cravings either, nor did I fall into one now.
I stopped smoking, mainly because I became bored with the idea of smoking and I felt I wasn't gaining anything from smoking. I was really proud of myself, I conquered something that most people fight with till their own death.
I dont know how this happened, by I just smoke my first ciggierette in 2 years today. Now I'm feeling guility as shit. I dont know why, in a way I feel like I failed everyone including myself, but I then try and justify it by asking why i failed, I never promised myself, or anyone for that matter, that I wont start smoking again.
I'm really down, dont know why.
