You're really only supposed to exercise around once every two days to let your muscles rest and heal. When you work out, you create micro-rips in your muscles, which, when given time to heal, repair and become stronger than before. Just continually over-working yourself would actually be bad for you. Sounds like you don't know anything about fitness and think you can get in great shape extremely fast. Ain't gonna happen, fatty.
