I don't have the direct link and obviously have high motivation to avoid seeing the pic again, but the shoop of "tit maggots" is one of the most disturbing and revolting that I've yet encountered.  It makes my skin itch and crawl.  Google "tit maggots"; you'll find a movie (of an actual infestation of a breast by worms; apparently taken in Africa), and that loathsome shoop.

The funny thing is, the shoop used a plant to represent the worm infestation.
