Please help an n00b with these 2 games

I used GameFAQ's and they were no help at all. I need some game help
for the games. I need help in this:

1) Psi-Ops Mindgate Conspiracy

After you defeat Jov Leonov and plant the 3 bombs what path do you
take to get out of the facility before all bombs go off? I tried to
use the door on the right after you go up a level in the Hanger Bay
and its locked.

2) Darkwatch

The bridge level is where I am having the most problems.  How do you
defeat Lazerus and to use the most cover to the advantage to defeat
him?

Please can you all help me on this? Thanks for the help and hopefully
a quick reply.
