Hi,
I'm 37 years old (male) and I've never had a date in my life. I have absolutely no confidence. I honestly can't even look a girl (that I am attracted to) in the face. I feel so bad when I talk to a girl because I feel like they can't possibly be attracted to me. I feel repulsive and as such have started to gain weight. I am an engineer so I make good money but I don't really spend it...I stay home every night. Work does not have many girls and the ones there are taken.
I am at my wits end... people say confidence is the key, but how can you become confident when you are ugly?!?
I don't know what am I really asking for...probably pity. I feel like I will end up being the lonely, bitter, old man on the block that all the kids hate. At 37 I don't even know the first thing to do when it comes to meeting a girl and asking her out...this is something I should have learned when I was 16 but I did not.
Please, if you have advice/suggestion/criticisms then please post....heck even if you want to laugh at me then you can as well.
