How to drive girls crazy

Well hopefully people can contribute with their experience in this. I'll go first:

Find the area right behind her ear...Start to blow on her skin. Blow a line slowly up and down this area and where the shoulders meet the neck. You can also open your mouth and place it on her neck and then breath - that works very well too. As you go up her neck go ahead and bite on the bottom of her ear. Put your mouth over her ear and dont lick or blow...but breath on it. I used this last night and it works extremely well for me. Make sure to pay attention to what works and continue doing that. You'll know your doing it right if she moans, moves around in her seat, and/or looks "out of it."
