Whining is the only thing I can do. I'm not gonna break the law because I don't want anything to do with the legal system and to make matters worse I'm being watched, and only I am. I can't even get around the law because they won't let me. Whining is the only thing I can do and pretty soon they won't allow me to do that.

The government puts people in terrible socio-economic situations. They make sure they have a hard time finding a job, food, and money. They pretty much set people up so they have no choice but to steal things and when they get caught they lock them up for about 5 years.
